Why do I need to register?

In order to reserve rooms, order food, and plan individual reunions, we not only need to know how many people to plan for, but also what budget we have to work with (since the budget is coming solely from registration and donations).

What is the alumni concert number?

It will be a 3-part Swing routine. Alumni will be divided among the parts, each alumnus dancing only one part. Visit "Alumni Dance" on the website for more details and to start learning the dance.

Do I need to purchase concert tickets each time I perform?

You only need to purchase tickets for the performance(s) you plan to watch (after you perform, you can go to your seat in the audience).

How does the Ballroom Alumni Scholarship Fund help the BYU Ballroom program?

All donations from ballroom alumni go into one core fund. All interest earned on the donations is used to provide half tuition scholarships for incoming and current tour team members. If every ballroom alumni donated just $20 per year, we could provide as many as eight half tuition scholarships each year! Already 17 students have received scholarships as a result of this fund.
