*Some of you may wonder why the reunion costs $45per person.  In all honesty, we have tried to keep the cost as low as possible while still offering an enjoyable event.  As you may suspect, most of the cost is for food (Gala Event, Socials, Individual "era" Reunions, etc.).  Because we are on BYU campus and using BYU facilities, we are required to use BYU food services--not cheap.  This is the reason we chose not to provide dinner on any of the days.  Other costs include printing materials, publicity, nametags, t-shirts, registration materials, decorations, technicians for music and slideshows (again a BYU thing), renting a van for transporting decorations and food, and of course, gathering, organizing, and preparing photos, scrapbooks, videos, costumes, etc., as well as many other incidental costs.  We have tried to arrange discounts at various area hotels and suggest you work with other alumni to share room costs if you like.  There are also a lot of alumni in Utah Valley who may be willing to let you stay with them.  There is no budget from BYU for this event and no one associated with it is being paid or receiving anything in return (other than the joy that comes from thinking of seeing all of you, of course!).  We hope this helps you understand why the reunion price is $45.  We also hope that you will be able to join us for this memorable weekend--it won't be the same without you!

      After the workshops, you will have free time to go to the Cougareat and pick up some lunch.  If you would prefer not to wait in lines, you may pre-order a box lunch to be picked up at the Garden Court.
